This ground floor luxury air conditioned apartment occupies a corner plot which means that sun can be obtained for almost all of the day. At the front of the property is a sun terrace and to the side and rear a small garden which can also be accessed via the rear kitchen door. There is a private parking space adjacent to the property. There is ample neatly trimmed hedges surrounding the garden, providing excellent privacy. Patio furniture of large table and 4 chairs is also provided.

Cleaning, Towels, Linen
All towels, bed linen, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided in the apartment. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly prior to occupancy.

Changeover Day
The apartment will be ready for you from 12:30 on the day of arrival, until 10:30 on the day of departure. Other arrangements may be made on request.

Smoking
We request that you refrain from smoking in the apartment.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Accessibility
The parking space is right outside the apartment, there are 2 steps to the sun terrace, both are approximately 3 inches high, there is enough room to rest a wheelchair for example, between the steps, once on the sun terrace there is a 1 inch step into the apartment.

Swimming Pools
The urbanization has a strict rule of no clothes/costumes whilst using swimming pool area.
