This ground floor luxury air conditioned apartment occupies a corner plot which means that sun can be obtained for almost all of the day.It has a comfortably furnished lounge/diner with bed settee, a television showing local channels is provided. A DVD player is also provided which is also compatible with DIVX standard video files. A separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, bath, wash hand basin, WC and bidet. The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.At the front of the property is a sun terrace and to the side and rear a small garden which can be accessed via the rear kitchen door. There is a private parking space adjacent to the property.

All towels, bed linen, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided in the apartment. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly prior to occupancy.
